Will I lose touch with my business if I outsource my bookkeeping?

Actually just the opposite! Instead of spending your time managing and entering information into your books you’ll be able to spend more time analyzing the books and managing the operations and sales functions of your business. Having an outsourced bookkeeping service is like having a trusted adviser monitoring your books to make sure things run appropriately, while you focus on what you do best – running your business.

Do you take the place of my CPA or Tax Preparer?

No. We get you ready for tax time and work with your CPA or tax preparer to complete your accounting team. As an outsourced bookkeeping company, we provide the  CPAs information necessary to your prepare taxes.

What if my business is not located in Miami?

While our offices are located in South Florida, we have mobility and the technology to work on location or remotely without interruption. We provide constant quality services wherever our clients are located.

How do I get my information to you?

AThere are several ways to get your data to us:

·         Google/Dropbox/One Drive – We will supply a dropbox folder for you to drop your information. This folder will also house your financial data and readily available for you!

·         Fed-Ex – For those who do not like working with technology we can provide pre-paid Fed-Ex envelopes so that the client may simply mail everything once or twice a month.

·         Courier Service – For clients who are local we can arrange a courier pick up and drop off of accounting data.

·         Email – Send us your documents vis email.

What types of basic reports are provided monthly?

·         Balance Sheet

·         Profit & Loss

·         General Ledger

·         Budget versus Actual Profit & Loss

·         Other reports as requested

What kind of accounting software is used?

We use Quickbooks and work with other software such as Sage, Yardi, MRI. And we work with your company’s software as needed.
